Join us in Paris this October and celebrate the Musée d’Orsay, the Musée de l’Orangerie, and French-American friendship.

  • Friday through Sunday, guests will attend a carefully curated selection of tours, conversations and experiences, such as:

    • A private tour of Musée des Arts Décoratifs exhibition Look! 40 Years of Fashion at the MAD Paris

    • Rosa Bonheur and the Horse, a special exhibition at the Château de Chantilly

    • Gourmet cooking classes at Ecole Ritz-Escoffier and Ecole Ducasse

    • Art fairs, including Art Basel Paris and Design Miami

  • As per tradition, AFMO’s Weekend in Paris will open with a cocktail at the Musée de l’Orangerie. Guests will not only attend an elegant cocktail reception, they will also have the opportunity to enjoy a private viewing of a newly opened exhibition Monet. Painting Time.

    On Friday night, AFMO will invite their guests to celebrate Parisian lifestyle and heritage with a private cocktail in a Parisian landmark.

  • AFMO and the Musée d’Orsay welcome their guests to immerse themselves in a private evening of artistic celebration at the Musée d'Orsay. Following an exclusive cocktail reception in the nave, guests will be able to enjoy private viewings of two captivating autumn exhibitions: Mary Cassatt. The Choice of Independence and Auguste Bartholdi. Enlightening the World. Guests will then proceed to the Restaurant, where they will partake in an exclusive dinner set within the restaurant's elegant dining room with a menue thoughtfully crafted by the renowned Alain Ducasse and his team.

Depending on your choice of table for the Gala dinner, the pricing is as follows:

  • Classic: $9,000 (including $6,000 in tax-deductible donation) per guest, including a ticket to the Gala dinner.

  • Premium: $12,000 (including $9,000 in tax-deductible donation) per guest, including a ticket to the Gala dinner at a premium table

The Weekend in Paris is a fundraiser in support of the Musée d’Orsay and Musée de l’Orangerie. To secure your ticket, please tick your choice based on the number of guests attending and the level of the donation:

  • A tax receipt will be issued in the amount of the donation (Classic or Premium).

  • A paid invoice will be issued in the amount of the goods and services portion.

3% Cover the Fee

A tax receipt will be issued in the amount of the donation, and a paid invoice will be issued for the goods and services portion. Donations are non-refundable. Gala weekend tickets do not include an AFMO membership.

Conditions

  • The Weekend in Paris is open to both AFMO members and non-members, but does not include any AFMO membership.

  • Tickets are not transferable and cannot be shared between guests.

  • The Weekend in Paris is a fundraiser to support the Musées d’Orsay et de l’Orangerie projects. Hence a portion of each ticket is tax-deductible as a charitable contribution in support of the Museums. Purchasers may deduct the cost of each weekend ticket less $3,000 per person.

  • Weekend in Paris tickets are confirmed upon completion of the donation (see above).

  • The $3,000 portion is not tax deductible. It covers goods and services such as meals, transportation, and certain venue fees and administrative costs. As such it will be invoiced separately (see above).

  • Guests are responsible for their travel arrangements (flights, hotels, airport transfers as well as any meals and activities that are not included in the final program).
